摘要
本文从三个角度介绍了异构十三碳醇乙氧基化合物(Lutensol~? TO)如何对工业及公共设施清洁在可持续性发展所带来的益处是:它们分别是:(1)取代壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEO^([注])):NPEO是一类对环境和人类健康有潜在危害风险且不易生物降解的非离子表面活性剂。(2)节能节水:Lutensol~? TO在相对较低应用温度下展现出的出色去污力和泡沫控制,可以满足工业清洗中节能节水的需求。(3)浓缩化:通过使用Lutensol~? TO降低配方黏度和凝胶相区域,促进工业清洗剂配方浓缩化,从而降低生产、运输、消费者实际使用及废弃包装处理过程中的碳排放。
This article describes how branched C13 alcohol ethoxylates of the Lutensol TO type contribute to sustainability in the industrial and institutional cleaning(I&I)industry from three aspects:(1)Replacement of nonylphenol alkoxylates(NPEO)which are difficult to be readily biodegradable and pose potential concerns to environment and health.(2)Energy and water saving through excellent detergency performance and foam control at reduced cleaning temperatures.(3)Enabling concentrated formulations through reduced formulation viscosity and lower gelling tendency,enabling reduced carbon emission in the production,transportation,usage and packaging disposal.
