一款男士香水香精的仿配研究

Study on Imitation of a Men's Fragrance Essence

本文以一款男士香水为研究对象,通过利用气象色谱-质谱联用技术(GC—MS)对香水样品进行分析,并结合感官评定,确定了该香水香精的香韵组成及香气特征,并在此基础上拟定了配方进行了仿配。通过实验不断对配方进行修正,最终得到优化后的香精配方,结果为:2.5%果香韵,17.5%花香韵,16%海洋香韵,42%青(清)滋香韵,0.5%豆香韵,16%木香-龙涎香韵,0.4%琥珀-膏香香韵,5%动物香韵和0.1%辛香韵。经过三角测试,仿样香精的整体香气圆合、协调,并与香水样品的香气有一定的相似度。

The paper studied a type of men's fragrance by using the method of GC-MS analysis and smelling-strip evaluation to confirm the note composition and characteristics of the fragrance essence,based on which an imitated prescription was designed.The optimized fragrance formulation was achieved after modification of the formulation through repeated experiments.The results showed as:fruity note accounting for 2.5%,floral note 17.5%,marine note 16%,green refreshing note 16%,coumarine note 0.6%,wood-ambergris note 16%,amber-extract note 0.4%,animal note 5%and spicy note 0.1%.The triangle test showed that the aroma of the perfume was harmonious and graceful,and similar to the fragrance sample.
