摘要
设计了一种基于磁铁吸力控制的自动传送系统,用于点火器的自动印刷和工艺处理。介绍了该系统的构成和工作原理,阐述了气动回路和电气回路的设计。该系统采用PLC-人机界面的控制方式,实现了送料的自动化,保证了零件上料和传送时的质量,节约了大量人工成本。
An automatic transmission system based on magnet suction control is designed for automatic printing and processing of igniters.The composition and working principle of the system are Introduced,and the design of pneumatic circuit and electrical circuit is described.PLC control is used to achieve the automation of feeding,ensuring the quality of parts feeding and delivery,and saving a lot of cost.
