基于双属性的集群创新网络核心企业角色辨识

Double Attributes Based Role Identification of Focal Firms in Cluster Innovation Network

结合资源属性和结构属性对集群创新网络中的核心企业角色进行辨识:前者与企业规模、领导控制以及知识整合有关;后者与核心企业的网络位置、网络角色有关。以铜陵铜基新材料产业集群创新网络为例,结合结构对等性、结构洞理论以及赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数,将该网络划分成四大模块,辨识了创新能力呈梯度分布的三大角色:核心角色、辅助角色以及边缘角色;通过一致性检验证明核心企业角色的结构属性与资源属性基本契合;最后为不同角色企业的发展以及政府的决策提出了建议。

The role identification of focal firm in innovation network should include two aspects as resource attribute and structure attribute:the former is characterized by enterprise scale,leadership control and knowledge integration;the latter is related to the network location and role of the focal firm.Taking the innovation network of copper based new materials industrial cluster in Tongling as an example,based on theories and methods from Structural Equivalence,Structural Hole and Herfindahl-Herschman Index,the network above is divided into 4 modules,and 3 main roles are respectively identified as core,auxiliary and marginal roles,of which the innovation ability is in gradient distribution.The consistency test proves that the structure attributes and resource attributes of the core roles are basically in line with each other.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the development and direction of government policies toward different enterprises.
