摘要
以非学前教育专业的园长为研究对象,运用问卷和访谈了解转岗园长的专业发展现状与需求。研究发现,转岗园长的专业发展整体水平较高,但各维度发展不均衡;在不同园所等级、不同园所性质和不同任职年限上存在专业发展的差异;转岗园长专业发展需求上,营造育人文化、规划幼儿园发展和领导保育教育等方面的需求强烈,更加愿意选择理论学习与实践研修相结合的专业发展方式。根据转岗园长的专业发展现状与需求,文章提出幼儿园转岗园长专业水平提升的相应对策。
The current situation and demands on professional development of transferred kindergarten leaders are surveyed by a questionnaire and interview.Results reveal that the level of transferred kindergarten leaders"professional development is higher,but there is uneven development in different dimensions.The professional development of transferred kindergarten leaders has a significant difference in different kindergarten level,different nature and different kindergarten leading age.Transferred kindergarten leaders need the development of creating educational culture,planning kindergarten development and leading child care education urgently.They are more willing to select the professional development way of incorporating theory study and practice research.Based on these results,some corresponding approaches are put forward.
