By using advanced network information and resource development technology,we have developed the curriculum resources of Language Training,which are rich in content,well regulated and well applied,meeting the needs of special education professional skill training and students'independent learning.The paper,based on the characteristics of online and offline learning,designs a clear learning program suitable for students'learning.
