摘要
实践教学是应用型本科院校工商管理类专业学生进行企业管理方法与技能训练,提高分析与解决问题能力的重要途径。实践教学质量监控是学校教学质量监控的重要组成部分。在分析工商管理类专业实践教学监控必要性的基础上,以创新质量管理的视角,提出建立以问题为导向基于PDCA的实践教学质量监控模型,实现监控评价的理念、标准与实践等方面的创新,促进工商管理类专业实践教学质量的提高。
Practical teaching is an important way for students majoring in business administration in applied undergraduate colleges to train enterprise management methods and skills and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.Practical teaching quality control is an important part of school teaching quality control.Monitoring based on the analysis of industrial and commercial management class specialized practice teaching need,on the basis of innovative quality management perspective,proposed the problem oriented model of practice teaching quality monitoring based on PDCA,monitoring evaluation concept,standards and practice of innovation,improve the teaching quality of the whole.
