抗阻力运动对社区2型糖尿病患者骨密度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨抗阻力运动对社区2型糖尿病患者骨密度的影响。方法:将入组的社区2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,运动组有患者58例,其中男性31例,女性27例,平均年龄(67.5±7.2)岁,平均病程(9.4±8.2)年;不运动组有患者120例,其中男性45例,女性75例,平均年龄(66.4±8.6)岁,平均病程(9.3±8.5)年。不运动组进行常规药物等方法治疗,运动组在常规治疗基础上增加抗阻力运动。比较两组患者运动初始、运动后第3个月及第6个月跟骨超声骨密度变化情况。结果:在运动后第3个月和第6个月时,运动组的T值均明显高于不运动组(P<0.05);在运动后第6个月时,运动组只有男性患者的骨密度(T值)比初期有明显降低(P<0.05);不运动组男性和女性患者的骨密度(T值)均比初期有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:抗阻力运动能显著改善社区糖尿病患者的骨密度情况。 Objective:To investigate the effect of resistance exercise on bone mineral density(BMD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The enrolled community type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were 58 patients in the exercise group,including 31 males and 27 females.The average age was(67.5±7.2)years,and the average disease duration was(9.4±8.2)years;there were 120 patients in the control group,including 45 males and 75 females.The average age was(66.4±8.6)years,and the average disease duration was(9.3±8.5)years.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and other methods,and the exercise group increased resistance exercise on the basis of conventional treatment.The changes of bone mineral density in calcaneus were compared between the two groups at the beginning of exercise and 3 months and 6 months after exercise.Results:At the third and sixth months after exercise,the T values in the exercise group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);at sixth months after exercise,the bone mineral density(T value)of the male patients in the exercise group was significantly lower than that in the initial stage(P<0.05);the bone mineral density(T value)of the male and female patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the initial stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resistance exercise can significantly improve bone mineral density in patients with diabetes in the community.
