预防接种门诊开展微信健康教育的需求调查

Requirement survey of WeChat health education in vaccination outpatient clinics

目的:了解0~3岁儿童家长对社区预防接种门诊中利用微信平台开展健康教育的需求现况。方法:在2017年8月1日至31日采用整群抽样的方法选取上海长宁区虹桥社区113名0~3岁儿童家长为调查对象,其中男性48名,女性65名,平均年龄为(35.39±6.61)岁。采用问卷形式调查家长对微信平台开展健康教育的需求。结果:113名家长对微信平台的疫苗相关知识、儿童的生长发育、营养膳食、疾病预防、以及线上咨询有需求的比例分别为78.76%、84.07%、64.60%、68.14%、15.04%。女性家长对儿童生长发育和营养膳食有需求比例高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家庭年均总收入较高的家长对疫苗相关知识的需求比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0~3岁儿童家长对微信平台开展预防接种知识的健康教育有较高的需求,提示利用微信平台健康教育有助于提高预防接种门诊的工作效率和护理质量。

Objective:To understand the current situation of parents of children aged 0-3 years using the WeChat platform to conduct health education in the community vaccination clinics.Methods:From August 1st to 31st,2017,a cluster sampling method was used to select 113 parents of children aged 0-3 years old from Hongqiao Community,Changning District,Shanghai,and among them there were 48 males and 65 females,with an average age of(35.39±6.61)years.A questionnaire was used to investigate the need for health education on WeChat platform.Results:The ratios of vaccine-related knowledge,children’s growth and development,nutritious diet,disease prevention,and online counseling of 113 parents to the WeChat platform were 78.76%,84.07%,64.60%,68.14%and 15.04%,respectively.The ratio of female parents to children’s growth and nutritional diets was higher than that of male ones,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of parents with higher average annual total income had a higher demand for vaccine related knowledge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Parents of children aged 0-3 years old have high requirement for the health education of the WeChat platform to carry out vaccination knowledge,which is suggested that the use of WeChat platform health education helps improve the efficiency and quality of care in the vaccination clinic.
