含能颗粒间隙丙烯酰胺聚合反应研究

摘要 针对4种不同尺寸的含能固体颗粒,选择水溶液和常温下硝酸铵饱和溶液进行实验,研究了丙烯酰胺混合溶液在颗粒间隙成胶规律。通过反应过程热效应,研究了粒径、单体量、溶剂等对于聚合反应的影响,通过红外分析,研究了特征峰的变化关系,最后对所制备的凝胶进行DSC分析,通过观察峰形的变化来研究不同因素对聚合的影响。结果发现颗粒越小的体系中丙烯酰胺越难聚合,氧化剂溶液比水溶液难以聚合,增加单体含量可以改变聚合效果,并由此找到了使得丙烯酰胺在最细颗粒体系中聚合的条件。 In this paper,the four kinds of energetic particles of different size were used to study,and the aqueous solution and saturated solutions of ammonium nitrate at ambient temperature were chosen to make experiment,and the glue law of acryl amide mixed solution in particle clearance was investigated.Through the thermal effect of the reaction process,the effect of particle diameter,monomer quantity,solvent,etc.on polymerization reaction was studied,the change relation of characteristic peak was studied by IR analysis,finally the gel was analyzed by DSC,and the effect of different factors on polymerization was studied by observing the change of peak shape.As a result of the existence of energetic particles,the researches showed that the more difficult the polymerization of acryl amide in the smaller particles,the oxidant solution was harder to aggregate than the aqueous solution,and the monomer content could change the polymerization effect,and the conditions for the polymerization of acryl amide in the finest granular system were found.
