丙泊酚复合七氟醚与全凭七氟醚对小儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚复合七氟醚与全凭七氟醚对小儿麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响。方法:随机抽取2016-04~2017-04本院收治的择期行短小手术的患儿,共104例。按照随机原则分为研究组(丙泊酚复合七氟醚,n=52)与对照组(全凭七氟醚,n=52)。对比两组麻醉苏醒期躁动发生情况及苏醒时间。结果:进入麻醉恢复室时、进入麻醉恢复室5min、进入麻醉恢复室10min,研究组躁动评分均低于对照组,且躁动发生率低于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);进入麻醉恢复室15min,两组躁动评分、躁动发生率对比,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组麻醉清醒时间较对照组长,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿短小手术麻醉中,采用丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉,在控制麻醉苏醒期躁动上能获得较全凭七氟醚麻醉更为理想的效果,值得进行深入研究和推广。
