摘要
选用SDC-04特殊填料作为载体,构建特异性移动床生物膜反应器(SMBBR)进行实际赖氨酸发酵废水处理的中试研究。结果表明:SDC-04单个填生物膜量可达0.461 3g。经过45d挂膜成功后,对进水COD质量浓度在1 208~2 887mg/L的实际赖氨酸发酵废水进行处理,出水COD质量浓度可下降到60mg/L左右,满足《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084—2005)的要求;出水氨氮平均去除率为99%,TN平均去除率为76%;通过Illumina HiSeq高通量测序发现,生物膜中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)的相对丰度之和达到70.5%,是优势种群。
Special filler SDC-04 was used to build a special moving bed biofilm reactor(SMBBR)at a pilot scale.Results showed that a single SDC-04 filler had about 0.461 3 g biological membrane.After 45 d of biofilm culturing,effluent COD mass concentration decreased to 60 mg/L with ammonia nitrogen and TN average removal rate of 99%and 76%for real lysine fermentation wastewater with COD ranging from 1 208 mg/L to 2 887 mg/L,meeting“Farmland irrigation water quality standard”(GB 5084-2005).Illumina HiSeq high-throughput sequencing result showed that the dominant microbial community were Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes,total relative abundance accounting for 70.5%.
