口服磷酸钠盐与聚乙二醇在肠息肉电切术中的肠道清洁效果比较

Comparison of Intestinal Cleaning Effect between Oral Sodium Phosphate and Polyethylene Glycol During Electroresection of Intestinal Polyps

目的比较口服磷酸钠盐溶液与聚乙二醇电解质散溶液在经内镜结肠息肉电凝电切术中患者肠道准备的清洁效果、检查时间、息肉检出率的影响。方法对在我院行肠镜检查发现结直肠良性息肉并要求住院进行经内镜结肠息肉电切术的200例患者进行随机分组,分为磷酸钠盐组100例和聚乙二醇电解质散组100例。由内镜室同一经验丰富的内镜医师行肠镜检查操作,判断肠道清洁效果、检查时间(肠镜发现息肉并到达回盲部的时间)、息肉检出率。结果聚乙二醇组肠道气泡少于磷酸钠盐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),聚乙二醇电解质散组患者肠道清洁度优于磷酸钠盐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。聚乙二醇电解质散组检查时间少于磷酸钠盐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。聚乙二醇电解质散组结肠息肉检出率(98%)大于磷酸钠盐组(92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经内镜结肠息肉电凝电切术患者口服磷酸钠盐与聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道准备效果相比较,聚乙二醇电解质散是更有效的肠道洗肠液。

Objective To compare the effects of oral sodium phosphate solution and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution on intestinal preparation,detection time and detection rate of polyps in patients undergoing endoscopic colonic polyp electrocoagulation.Methods 200 cases of colorectal benign polyps found by endoscopy in our hospital and asked to be hospitalized for endoscopic resection of colonic polyps were randomly divided into 100 cases of sodium phosphate group and 100 cases of polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion group.Endoscopic examination was performed by the same experienced endoscoper in the endoscope room to determine the cleaning effect of the intestine and the examination time(the time when polyps were found and reached ileocecum by endoscopy)and the detection rate of polyps.Results The number of intestinal bubbles in polyethylene glycol group was less than that in sodium phosphate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The intestinal cleanliness of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group was better than that of sodium phosphate group,statistically significant(P<0.05).The test time of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group was less than that of sodium phosphate group,statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of polyps in polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group was higher than that in sodium phosphate group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the preparation effect of oral sodium phosphate for intestinal cleaning,polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder is a more effective intestinal washing solution in patients undergoing endoscopic colonic polyp electrocoagulation.
