摘要
为了提高电机控制试验台的灵活性和适应性,开发了基于LabVIEW语言的由ACS850变频器、电机、工控机组成的控制系统。借助于变频器闭环控制转速,并实时显示当前转速。当超过软件中所设报警值时,系统会紧急停机保护。
In order to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the motor control testing,a control system based on LabVIEW language is developed,which is composed of ACS850 inverter,motor and industrial control computer.With the help of the inverter closed-loop control speed,and parameters such as speed are showed in real time.When the alarm value is exceeded in the software,the system will be shut down.
