摘要
针对参与招投标各方对项目成本预估的迫切需求以及招投标系统中数据分析功能不足的缺陷,论文提出一种基于数据联机分析处理(OLAP)理论的工程项目成本预测模型。该模型基于对相似项目成本数据的统计,采用一种优化的数据分析模型,并通过对模型的求解实现了对项目成本的较为准确的预估。最后将该成本数据模型引入招投标系统,实现了系统的数据分析功能。文中通过实例计算和预测结果的准确度评价表明,该模型预测结果具有可靠的准确度,能够满足招投标工作的实际需求。
In view of the urgent need of all parties involved in bidding and bidding and the insufficiency of data analysis function in bidding and tendering system,this paper proposes a project cost forecasting model based on data online analysis and processing(OLAP)theory.Based on the statistics of similar project cost data,the model uses an optimized data analysis model and estimates the project cost more accurately by solving the model.Finally,the cost data model is introduced into the bidding system to realize the data analysis function of the system.The evaluation of the accuracy of the calculation and forecasting results in this paper shows that the forecasting result of the model has reliable accuracy and can meet the actual demand of bidding and tendering.
