松针有效成分提取及药理活性研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 综述了近年来松针提取的常用方法如水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波辅助法、超临界CO2萃取法、微波辅助法和酶法;又介绍了松针中所含的挥发油、黄酮、多糖、木脂素、多酚、莽草酸等多种活性成分以及所具有的药理活性如抗氧化、抗癌、降糖、降血脂和护肝等功效。综合分析了目前对松针主要活性成分的提取和分析的方法,为松针资源的进一步研究开发提供一定的理论依据。 The commonly used methods for extracting pine needles in recent years were systematically introduced from the methods of steam distillation,ultrasonic assisted method,supercritical CO 2 extraction,microwave assisted methods and enzymatic method.Volatile oils,flavonoids,polysaccharides,lignans and polyphenols were described.The pine needles with a variety of pharmacological activities such as anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and liver protection were also described.The extraction and analysis methods of the main active components in pine needles were analyzed,all of these provided an important theoretical basis for the further research and development of the pine needles.
