摘要 以稻壳、油茶壳为原料,利用连续热解装置分别在400℃、500℃进行热解,制备稻壳炭和油茶壳炭,利用玉米淀粉在碱性条件下糊化交联反应制得淀粉胶黏剂,将生物炭与尿素、磷酸氢二钾以及淀粉胶黏剂进行挤压造粒,制备生物炭基复混肥,研究发现稻壳炭基复混肥成型率高于油茶壳炭基复混肥,500℃热解的稻壳炭与尿素、磷酸氢二钾、胶黏剂质量比为3∶1∶1∶2时力学性能最佳。本研究为环境友好型缓释复混肥的制备提供新的方法和依据。 Rice husk charcoal(RHC)and camellia oleifera shell charcoal(COSC)were prepared at 400℃and 500℃by using consistent pyrolysis technology.Modified starch adhesives,as one of the materials of compound fertilizers based on biochar(BC-CF),were prepared by the gelatinization and crosslinking reaction process of corn starch at alkaline condition.BC-CF was prepared by mixing RHC or COSC,urea,dipotassium phosphate and starch adhesives at different mass ratios by squeezing granulator.The results showed that the shaping and mechanics property of(BC-CF)were affected by the resources and mass ratios of raw materials.The best mass ratio of the four raw materials was 3:1:1:2.The best fertilizers carrier was RHC prepared at 500℃,which would provide new methods and evidences for the preparation of environmental-friendly BC-CF.
