双水相提取玉竹多糖制备保湿护肤品的研究

Extraction of Polygonatum Odoratum Polysaccharide Via Ethanol/Sodium Citrate Aqueous Two-phase System

玉竹是湖南省邵东县的地理标志,其中的玉竹多糖具有保湿、抗衰老的作用。采用乙醇/柠檬酸钠双水相体系萃取玉竹多糖,实验结果表明:30℃条件下,柠檬酸钠为6.5 g,乙醇为16.5 g,上下相比值为1∶1的室温条件下,玉竹多糖更易富集于下相,多糖提取率达到11.08%。以玉竹多糖作为保湿剂配制了保湿霜,当玉竹多糖和甘油协同使用时,保湿效果较甘油得到大幅度提高。

Polygonatum odoratum is the geographical indications of Shaodong county in Hunan province,in which polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide has the effect of moisturizing,anti-aging.Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide was extracted via ethanol/sodium citrate aqueous two-phase system,and the experimental results showed that under the conditions as the temperature was 30℃,sodium citrate was 6.5 g,ethanol was 16.5 g,up and bottom phase volume ration was 1:1,and polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide more enriched in the bottom phase,which the polysaccharide extraction rate reached 11.08%.The moisturizing effect of odoratum polysaccharide as a moisturizing agent in moisturizing cream was evaluated,when polygonatum polysaccharide and glycerol were synergistic used,moisturizing effect was greatly improved than glycerol.
