薄层色谱法改进扶正排毒颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on Improvement of Quality Standard of Fuzheng Paidu Granule

为改进和提高扶正排毒颗粒的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对扶正排毒颗粒中已纳入质量标准的大黄、黄连药味进行方法学优化,同时拟增加大黄素和黄连对照药材作为对照。研究结果表明,薄层鉴别色谱中,在与对照品或对照药材色谱对应的位置,供试品显现相同颜色斑点,斑点清晰,专属性强且阴性无干扰。本实验所改进和使用的方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好能较全面反映扶正排毒颗粒的内在质量,可用于完善该制剂的质量控制。

In order to improve the quality standard of Fuzheng Paidu Granule,TLC was used for identification of rhubarb and coptis.At the same time,the emodin and coptix medicinal material were increased as control.The results showed that in the relative positions of the control,the samples showed the same color spots without interference.The method was simple and reliable with good specificity and reproducibility,which could fully reflect the inner quality of Fuzheng Paidu Granule and use to improve the quality control of the preparation.
