光度法和重铬酸钾法测定化学需氧量的比较 被引量:3

摘要 化学需氧量作为水质污染程度的一个重要指标,在水质分析中占有重要的地位。本文分别采用密闭催化消解光度法和重铬酸钾法对标准样品和地表水以及污水样品进行COD测定。通过对实验数据的比对分析,两种方法无论在测定质控样品还是实际样品中均不存在显著性差异。对于化学需氧量含量不高且均匀的样品,以及需要快速批量测定化学需氧量的样品,密闭催化消解光度法作为一种准确高效且环境友好的方法值得进行推广使用。 The determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD)is vital in water and waste water monitoring,since it reveals the quality of water.Semi-automated colorimetry and dichromate titration can be both used in determining COD amount in water and waste water.Both methods were used to determine COD amount in standard and real sample to reveal the difference.Through data comparing,it was found that both methods were suitable for the current determination of COD in water and waste water and the test results showed no significant difference.Semi-automated colorimetry as an environment-friendly method was incredibly suitable to be used in fast and batch COD determination and water samples that contained low COD concentration.
