摘要
以苯酚为唯一碳源,从煤气化废水活性污泥中筛选得到一株菌株R1。将菌株接种到模拟废水中,在160 r/min,30℃条件下,COD降解率在72 h里达到92%,COD含量从1000 mg/L降到了80 mg/L。同时,测定了菌株R1在污水处理过程中超氧化物歧化酶活性变化,在接种后的12~36 h菌株超氧化物歧化酶活性基本稳定,可以选择区段时间测量超氧化物歧化酶活性,36~48 h后菌株超氧化化物歧化酶活性再次上升,在接种后的48 h活性达到最大(996 U/m L)。
A strain R1 was screened from the activated sludge obtained from coal gasification with phenol as the sole carbon source.The strain was inoculated into the simulated wastewater.The degradation rate of COD reached 92%in 160 r/min at 30℃,and the content of COD decreased from 1000 mg/L to 80 mg/L.At the same time,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the process of wastewater treatment was measured.12~36 h after the inoculation,the activity of superoxide dismutase was basically stable,so the section time could be chosen to measure the activity of superoxide dismutase.After 36~48 h,activity of strain superoxide dismutase increased again,and reached a maximum of 996 U/mL at 48 h.
