摘要
药剂学是制药工程专业核心课程之一,药物尤其是难溶性药物的制剂问题,是整个课程的核心内容之一。传统液体剂型优化设计和以固体分散体、包合物、微粒分散系技术为代表的现代制剂新策略是解决难溶性药物的制剂问题的主要方案。本文结合制药工程专业课堂教学实施,系统总结了解决该问题涉及的相关方法,为药剂学学习和教学研究提供了明确的方向。
Pharmaceutics is one of the core courses in the major of Pharmaceutical Engineering.The drug,especially the problem of insoluble drugs,is one of the core contents of the whole course.The traditional liquid dosage form optimization design and the modern preparation strategy represented by solid dispersion,inclusion complex and particle dispersion system are the main solutions to solve the problem of poorly soluble pharmaceutical preparations.Combined with the implementation of classroom teaching in Pharmaceutical Engineering,the related methods to solve this problem were systematically summarized,and a clear direction for pharmacy learning and teaching research was provided.
