制药工程创新实践基地建立和教学模式探索

Establishment on Innovative Practice Base of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Exploration on Teaching Model

实习基地的不稳定和实习内容的简单化成为制约创新教育的瓶颈,本文为此提出了新思路,即以企业实际问题为课题,开展合作项目的形式,学生作为项目的执行者,参与到创新研究中,在企业完成,通过不断为企业服务建立稳定的创新实践基地。本文以制药工程专业为试点,提出了创新实践教学模式,集合创新药物及产品工艺技术研究,将企业实习基地建设成为高水平和适合多专业的创新实践基地,并为工科专业实践教学提供了良好的借鉴。

The instability of the practice base and the simplification of the practice content become the bottleneck of restricting the innovation education.A new idea as follow was put forward:taking the actual problems of the enterprise as the subject in the form of the cooperative project,the students as the executor of the project,participating in the innovation research,completing it in the enterprise,the stable innovation practice base through continuous service to the enterprise was established.Taking the pharmaceutical engineering specialty as the pilot,the innovation practice teaching model was proposed,the innovation medicine and the product craft technology research were gathered,the enterprise practice base as a high level and suitable for multi-specialty innovation practice base was constructed,and a good reference for engineering specialty practice teaching was further provided.
