左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of levetiracetam in treatment of epilepsy

目的深入了解左乙拉西坦在癫痫治疗领域的研究概况和发展水平。方法在Web of Science核心合集数据库中,以"levetiracetam"和"epilepsy"为主题词检索,并分析检索结果及文献引用情况。结果共检索到2 629篇左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的文献,涉及64个国家和地区,美国(740篇)排名第一,占检索结果的28.15%,其次为意大利(344篇,占13.09%)和德国(274篇,占10.42%),中国排名第八(95篇,占3.61%)。结论在左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫领域,美国领先全球,中国与欧美国家存在差距,需要加强该领域的研究。

Objective To better understand the research situation of levetiracetam in treatment of epilepsy by bibliometric analysis.Methods “Levetiracetam”and“epilepsy”were used as searching terms in Web of Science citation database.Publication and citation results were analyzed using the tools of the database.Results A total of 2 629 literatures involving 64 countries and regions were found in Web of Science database in this study.The United States of America had the most publications(740,28.15%of all)around the world,followed by Italy(344,13.09%of all)and Germany(274,10.42%of all),and China ranked the eighth(95,3.61%of all).Conclusion In epilepsy treatment by levetiracetam,the United States of America leads the world.There is a gap in this study field between China and the United States,European countries,and more works need to be done.
