摘要
目的评价数字化技术在口腔上前牙区种植修复中应用的临床效果。方法选取拟行种植修复的上前牙缺失患者,向患者详细介绍治疗方案后由患者自主选择,最终确定选择数字化种植修复患者8人作为实验组,选择传统种植修复患者10人作为对照组,分别对两组的种植体偏倚、修复体初戴时间及修复后满意度进行评价。结果实验组与对照组种植体的颈部偏移无明显差异[(0.85±0.19)mm vs(1.08±0.22)mm,P>0.05],实验组种植体根部偏移小于对照组[(0.91±0.20)mm vs(1.75±0.31)mm,P<0.05]。实验组每单位修复体初戴调改时间少于对照组[(8.9±2.1)min vs(19.0±5.7)min,P<0.05],且实验组患者对修复体及修复后面部整体外观满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论数字化技术的应用能够精确种植,有助于缩短修复体初戴时间,并提高患者对种植修复效果的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of digital design in implant rehabilitation of oral maxillary anterior teeth area.Methods Patients with maxillary anterior teeth missing who needed implant surgery were chosen and divided into experimental group and control group according to their will after detailed introduction of the treatment plan.Finally 8 patients undergoing digital implant rehabilitation were chosen as experimental group,and 10 patients undergoing traditional implant rehabilitation were chosen as control group.The deviation of implants,time consuming in the first insertion and patient’s satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in neck deviation between experimental groupand control group[(0.85±0.19)mm vs(1.08±0.22)mm,P>0.05].The apical deviation in experimental group was less than that in control group[(0.91±0.20)mm vs(1.75±0.31)mm,P<0.05].The time consuming in the first insertion in experimental group was shorter than that in control group[(8.9±2.1)min vs(19.0±5.7)min,P<0.05].The satisfaction rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital design could reach the precise implant,shorten the time consuming of restoration,and improve the patient’s satisfaction rate.
