摘要
为了满足倾转旋翼无人机对配套螺旋桨巡航效率高、静态拉力大的需求,基于涡流理论,提出了一种螺旋桨设计流程。以某型倾转旋翼无人机的工况需求为输入,开发了一款适用其需求的15英寸固定桨距螺旋桨。通过程序计算得到了该型螺旋桨的弦长及桨距角分布,利用CATIA软件建立了螺旋桨的三维数字模型,并通过CFD软件进行了螺旋桨对应工况的性能分析。分析结果表明该型螺旋桨能满足某型倾转旋翼机的工况需求,验证了提出的螺旋桨设计流程在倾转旋翼机螺旋桨设计领域的有效性。
Based on vortex theory,a propeller design method was proposed for meeting the needs of tilt rotor UAV(i.e.high cruise efficiency and high static thrust).A fixed pitch propeller with the size of 15 inch was designed in view of the particular needs of certain a tilt rotor UAV.The distribution of the chord length and pitch angle were obtained from the computer program.The 3d numerical model of propeller was built by CATIA.The propeller’s performance was also analyzed by CFD software.The analysis results proved that the designed propeller could meet the needs of the tilt rotor UAV.This design process of propeller is efficient for the tilt rotor UAV.
