摘要
采用百分位阈值分析法和Mann-Kendall突变分析法在中国气象科学数据网提供的1951年至2003年逐日气象数据的基础上开展研究,确定出区域内的极端温度和降水事件,并对成都双流机场在该事件下的大雾成因和特点开展讨论,最后制定出大雾天气下安全运行的措施。研究表明:双流机场大雾天气季节性明显;双流机场极端降水事件呈下降趋势,极端温度事件呈上升趋势;民航新技术的推广有利于低能见度天气下的正常性提升。
Based on the daily records from China Meteorological Data Service Center(CMDC)between 1951 and 2003,the study was carried out by both the percentile-threshold analysis and Mann-Kendall sudden-change analysis to determine the extreme temperature and precipitation events within ZUUU region.By discussing the formation and features of fog some measures are proposed for flight safety under heavy fog weather.The research showed that:the seasonal characteristic of fog weather was distinct at ZUUU,the happenings of extreme temperature increased gradually while the ones of extreme precipitation decreased progressively at ZUUU,the application of new aviation technologies contributed a lot to the normality of flight operation under the condition of low visibility.
