复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合石蜡油在便秘患者肠道准备中的应用

Application of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with paraffin oil in bowel preparation of constipation patients

目的观察便秘患者应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEGP)联合石蜡油的肠道准备效果。方法将拟行结肠镜检查的便秘患者120例随机分为A和B两组。A组结肠镜检查前6 h口服PEGP278.24 g,B组口服PEGP 139.12 g,且检查前1 d口服石蜡油50 ml,1天2次,清洁肠道。两组均于检查前1 d进少渣饮食,检查当天禁食至检查结束。内镜医师记录患者耐受性、不良反应,肠镜检查时间,行Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)和肠腔内气泡评分。结果肠道准备有效性方面,B组肠镜检查时间(7.25±0.60)min,少于A组(10.50±0.55)min(P<0.05),B组BBPS总分(7.90±1.00)分,高于A组(6.35±1.25)分(P<0.05),B组肠腔内气泡评分(0.35±0.55)分,低于A组(0.75±0.50)分(P<0.05)。安全和耐受性方面,B组肠道准备接受率96.67%,高于A组65.00%(P<0.05),B组再次肠道准备接受率90.00%,高于A组50.00%,B组总体不良反应评分(1.30±0.04)分,低于A组(1.85±0.25)分(P<0.05)。结论便秘患者应用复方PEGP联合石蜡油肠道准备,能增强依从性及肠道准备效果,保障结肠镜检查。

Objective To observe the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(PEGP)combined with paraffin oil in bowel preparation in constipation patients.Methods 120 constipation patients who were going to undergo colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A and B.Group A took oral PEGP 278.24 g 6h before colonoscopy,and group B took oral PEGP 139.12 g,and oral paraffin oil 50 ml for 1 day before colonoscopy.Both groups were fed a diet of less dregs 1 d before the examination,and fasting on the day of the examination was completed.The endoscopic physician recorded the patient’s tolerance,adverse reactions,colonoscopy time,and conducted the Boston intestinal preparation scale(BBPS)and the intestinal bubble score.Results Effectiveness for intestinal preparation,group B colonoscopy examination time was(7.25±0.60)min,less than group A(10.50±0.55)min(P<0.05),group B BBPS score was(7.90±1.00),higher than that of group A(6.35±1.25)(P<0.05),group B in the lumen bubble score was(0.35±0.55),lower than that of group A(0.75±0.50)(P<0.05).In terms of safety and tolerability,the accept rate of bowel preparation of group B was 96.67%,higher than that 65.00%of group A(P<0.05),the second accept rate of bowel preparation of group B was 90.00%,higher than that 50.00%of group A;and the overall adverse reactions score of group B was(1.30±0.04),lower than that of group A(1.85±0.25)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound PEGP combined with paraffin oil bowel preparation in constipation patients can enhance compliance and bowel preparation and ensure the effect.
