中西医结合治疗对老年糖尿病患者糖代谢、血脂及血流动力学的影响

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on glucose metabolism,blood lipid and hemodynamics in elderly diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对老年糖尿病患者糖代谢、血脂及血流动力学的影响。方法选择河南省老干部康复医院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟降糖方,每日1剂(早晚各1次),煎服,2组患者均治疗8周。采用全自动生物化学分析仪测定2组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂及血液流变学指标。结果治疗前2组患者血糖、血脂和血液流变学指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞沉降率均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病能够提高降糖效果,改善患者血脂水平及血液流变学指标。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on glucose metabolism,blood lipid and hemodynamics in elderly diabetes mellitus patients.Methods One hundred elderly diabetes patients in Henan Provincial Old Cadre Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study objects.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment method,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine;based on this,the patients in the observation group were given self-prepared hypoglycemic agents,one dose per day(1 time in the morning and evening),all patients were treated for 8 weeks.The blood glucose,blood lipids and hemorheological parameters of patients in the two groups were detected by biochemical analyzer before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the blood glucose,blood lipidsand hemorheology between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment and the levels of high-density lipoprotein was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of glycerol,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of high-density lipoprotein was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The whole blood hyperviscosity,whole blood hypoviscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,all above indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of elderly diabetes can improve and consolidate the effect of hypoglycemia,improve the blood lipid level and hemorheology indexes.
