绿色发展视角下高载能行业能源消费与产出面板协整关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 绿色发展是十九大报告中重点关注的问题,而高载能行业降耗增产是绿色发展亟需解决的关键问题之一。以高载能行业为切入点,以河南省为例,根据1997-2016年的面板数据,运用面板协整计量经济方法分析了工业产出对能源消费的静态和动态依赖。研究结果表明,河南省六大高载能行业能源消费与工业产出之间存在长期稳定的协整关系,并均表现出高消费和强依赖性。但是不同行业能源消费对工业产出的影响程度不同。最后,对高载能行业发展提出能源对策建议和行业政策建议。 Green development is a major concern in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The reduction of the energy consumption and the increasion of the industrial output in high-energy-consumption industries is one of the key issues that need to be addressed for green development.Taking the high-energy-consumption industries as an entry point,use Henan Province as an example,and the panel data from 1997-2016 to analyze the static and dynamic dependence of industrial output on energy consumption by the panel co-integration econometric method.The results of the study indicate that there is a long-term stable co-integration relationship between energy consumption and industrial output in the six high-energy-consumption industries in Henan Province,both showing high consumption and strong dependence.However,the impact of energy consumption in different industries on industrial output is different.Finally,put forward some energy countermeasures and industrial policy Suggestions for the development of high-energy-consumption industries.
