广州市社会工作机构发展现状分析

近年来,广州经济社会的改革与发展,为社会工作机构的发展提供了良好的契机和平台。但与此同时,广州社会工作机构还存在一些需要在发展中解决的问题。广州市社会工作机构经历了三大发展历程,并逐渐形成三种运营模式。在发展进程中,广州市社会工作机构做了大量工作,既有成效,也有不足。成效主要包括学习港澳先进服务经验、服务活动形式多样、政府规范引导发展;不足包括政府政府扶持仍不够完善、机构经费来源单一、人才缺乏。因此,推动广州市社会工作机构必须加大财税支持和监管、扩宽经费来源、吸引人才,以及促进多方参与。

In recent years,the rapid development of Guangzhou economic and social has provided a broad opportunity and platform to Guangzhou social work agencies.Nevertheless,Guangzhou social work agencies also exists some problems should be resolved.Guangzhou social work organization has experienced three development processes,and gradually formed three operating modes.Effects and defects in the development process.The Effects mainly including the study of Hong Kong and Macao cash service experience and so on.The defects includes:government support is still not perfect,institutional funding sources are single,and talent is lacking.Therefore,the promotion of social work institutions in Guangzhou must increase financial and tax support and supervision,expand funding sources,attract talents,and promote multi-stakeholder participation.
