摘要
研究"互联网+共享单车"与城市空间两者之间的冲突,从"互联网+共享单车"的发展现状入手,分析"互联网+共享单车"在使用过程中出现的随意停放现象与"公地悲剧"等问题,通过文献研究、实地调研、问卷调查以及对比国、内外治理经验,秉持多元化治理的理念机制,以政府为主导,采取多重举措,引导单车企业完善自身运营模式,规范单车企业运营行为,建立切实合理的治理模式,从而有效地缓解"互联网+共享单车"与城市空间之间的冲突。
Study the conflict between“Internet shared bicycle”and urban space,and starts from the development of“Internet sharing bicycle”.Analyze the phenomenon of random parking and“tragedy of the Commons”in the course of“Internet sharing Cycling”,through literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey and comparison of domestic and foreign governance experience,etc.Adhering to the concept and mechanism of diversified governance,taking government as the leading,taking many measures to guide the bicycle enterprises to improve their own operation mode,standardize the operation behavior of the bicycle enterprises,and establish a practical and reasonable governance model,so as to effectively alleviate the“Internet sharing cycle”and urban space A conflict between.
