摘要
高职院校职业道德教育与工匠精神的培育均是优秀人才培养的必要条件,两者存在天然的内在统一性。我国高职院校职业道德教育长期处于低效状态,教学形式机械化、教学内容碎片化、人才培养单一化是其低效的主要原因。以隐性教育的方式开展职业道德教育,并将工匠精神融入其中是可行的、也是有效的。可以通过以现代学徒制为载体,传递"工匠精神"、培养学生良好的"社会人格";引入企业文化陶冶学生职业道德品格;有效整合隐形教育资源等三个途径有效提升高职学生职业道德素养。
The cultivation of professional ethics education and the spirit of craftsmen in vocational colleges are the necessary conditions for the cultivation of talents.There are natural internal unity.Professional ethics education in vocational colleges in China has long been inefficient,mechanized in teaching form,fragmentation of teaching content and individualization of talents,these are the main reasons for their inefficiency.It is feasible and effective to integrate artisan spirit into professional ethics education.It Ccan be realized through the modern apprenticeship as the carrier,passing“artisan spirit”,Cultivate students good“social personality”;Introducing corporate culture to cultivate students professional ethics;Effective integration of invisible educational resources,these three ways can effectively improve the professional ethics of vocational students.
