话语是高校辅导员开展网络思想政治教育的重要手段和媒介,掌握话语权就是掌握主动权。面对时代发展之势,教育主体中心地位不断弱化、教育客体意识状态紊乱使得辅导员提升网络思想政治话语权具有必要性。而现实中辅导员网络思想政治话语权缺失,话语掌握薄弱、话语转换低效、话语传递受阻是其主要原因。破解困境,高校辅导员要应网络语言之势而为,从彰显话语权力、话语平台构建、话语方式转换三个方面构建网络思想政治教育话语权。

Discourse is an important means and medium for college counselors to carry out network ideological and political education.Grasping the right to speak is to grasp the initiative.In the face of the development of the times,the central position of the main body of education is weakening,and the ideological disorder of the object of education is the necessity for the counselors to improve the power of the ideological and political discourse of the network.But in reality,counselors Network Ideological and political discourse is fading away:the weakness of discourse control,inefficient discourse transformation and obstruction of discourse transmission are the main reasons.To solve the dilemma,college counselors should be based on the potential of network language,and construct the discourse power of the network ideological and political education from three aspects:the transformation of the network ideological and political education paradigm,the construction of the discourse platform and the transformation of the discourse mode.
