摘要
一直以来对课程领导内涵的认识,课程管理与课程领导之间的关系的区分和课程领导角色的定位都是课程领导研究的重要内容之一。通过文献梳理后发现,现有研究存在对课程领导的深层次内涵挖掘不够,认识不够全面,对课程领导与课程管理之间关系的研究大多仍停留在理论性的思辨和探讨,对课程领导的角色的研究主要集中于学校校长和教师,缺乏对学生的关注等问题。针对存在的问题,认为应该结合广义和狭义、宏观与微观的视角全面认识课程领导的内涵,同时,改革学校内部管理体制,革新制度文化,真正实现课程管理向课程领导的转变;此外,要充分重视学生在课程领导角色中的作用,认真听取学生关于课程领导建设的意见和建议,构建以"校长"或"某一领导群体"为核心的课程领导共同体,整合一切优势资源,实现有效的课程领导。
The definition of curriculum leadership,distinguish the relationship both of curriculum management as well as curriculum leadership,the role of leadership in schooling are significant contents of curriculum leadership research.After combing the current research,some of the problems could be found as follows:lack of in-depth understanding of concepts for curriculum leadership,a lot of research is theoretical and speculative about the relationship between curriculum management with curriculum leadership,lack of attention to students in the role of curriculum leadership research.Based on the problems above,consider that the connotation of curriculum leadership should be fully understood in the light of broad and narrow sense,macro and microcosmic perspective,at the same time,reforming the internal management system and the system culture of the school so as to achieve the real curriculum leadership in school educationin addition,pay full attention to the role of students in curriculum leadership role and listen carefully to students opinions and suggestions on curriculum leadership construction.Finally,construct the community of leaders with“principal”or“one leading group”as the core,integrate all the dominant resources and realize effective curriculum leadership.
