Optimal management and application of donation to the university library is important and significant.The university library should strengthen the resource construction,improve the ability of serving the user,localize the user's various needs,expand the collection of university libraries through the B/S donation management platform and form a certain level of collection system,publicize the donation campaign information by means of the WeChat public platform to enhance the visibility,to build and share donated resources by means of various information gathering platforms,and provide users with scientific and effective pathway to access the required resources.
