摘要
采用正交试验结合综合评分的方法优选谷精草总黄酮颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺和最佳制备工艺.结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数40%、提取时间2 h、料液比1∶40.颗粒剂的最佳制备工艺为:乳糖∶甘露醇=2∶1,浸膏粉∶混合辅料=1∶1,润湿剂(乙醇)体积分数70%.
The optimal extraction and preparation process of total flavone granules from Eriocaulon buergerianum was preferred by orthogonal test combined with the method of comprehensive evaluation.The best extraction process of total flavone granules is ethanol concentration=40%,extraction time=2 h,solid-liquid ratio=1∶40.The best preparation process is lactose:mannitol=2∶1,extract powder:mixed materials=1∶1,wetting agent(ethanol)concentration=70%.
