福建省级开发区土地集约利用评价分析

Evaluation of Land Intensive Use in Fujian Provincial-level Development Zone

以福建省65个省级开发区为研究对象,构建统一的土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价法测算各开发区集约度分值,对全省省级开发区土地集约利用水平进行分析.结果表明:(1)全省开发区土地集约利用水平的总体层次较低,仅3.08%的开发区达到高度集约利用水平,中低层次利用水平的开发区占比达78.56%;(2)各等级开发区在空间上呈现一定的团簇状分布;(3)整体上闽东沿海地区开发区平均集约度略高于闽西内陆地区,且闽西开发区呈现出"南部较高,中部偏低,北部一般"的分布特征.

The land intensive use level of 65 provincial development zones in Fujian province were analyzed based on a unified evaluation index system,then some correlation suggestions were proposed.Three conclusions were obtained from the results.First,the overall level of the land intensive use is low that only 3.08%of development zones is in high level,and 78.56%is in intermediate and low level.Second,development zones of various grades are presented in a cluster distribution.Third,the average intensity of development zones was slightly higher for coastal regions in eastern Fujian than that of inland regions in western Fujian,for which area,the development zones present a distribution of“high in the south,low in the center,intermediate in the north”.
