为分析凉姜乡巨峰葡萄品质,选取该乡36个葡萄园区为采样点,采用酸碱中和滴定等研究方法,通过大量的实验得出:凉姜乡巨峰葡萄果实的可滴定酸略高,具有果粒大、含糖量高、维生素C含量高以及风味浓和品质优等特性.

In order to analyze Liangjiang Kyoho grape's quality,Liangjiang's 36 vineyards were taken as samples by acid-alkali neutralization titrimetric method and others.A lot of experiments have shown that the contents of titratable acid in Liangjiang Kyoho grapes'are higher than others.Moreover,the Kyoho grapes'fruits have these characteristics,such as big fruits,high in sugar and vitamin C,and strong fragrance,high quality,and so forth.
