新型城镇化质量评价体系设计及实证研究——以安徽省为例

Design of New Urbanization Quality Evaluation System and Empirical Study: Taking Anhui Province as an Example

从新型城镇化内涵出发,构建新型城镇化质量评价体系,利用综合集成赋权法计算出安徽省16地市的新型城镇化质量指数。在此基础上,运用聚类分析法将全省划分为三大类型区,剖析各区域的优势和障碍。从创新农业转移人口市民化路径、统筹城乡改革和城乡发展一体化、完善城市体系及城市内部功能等方面提出优化安徽省新型城镇化质量的建议。

Based on the connotation of new urbanization,a new urbanization quality evaluation system is constructed,and the new urbanization quality index of the 16 cities in Anhui province is calculated by the comprehensive weight combination method.The results show that the quality of new urbanization in Anhui province presents obvious regional differences.On this basis,the province is divided into three types of areas by the clustering analysis,and the advantages and obstacles have been analyzed.It is suggested that the quality of new urbanization in Anhui province should be improved from the aspects of innovating the path of urbanization of agricultural transfer population,of coordinating the urban and rural reform and the integrated development,and of improving the urban system and internal functions.
