企业创新网络协同的影响因素及形成路径研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Enterprise Innovation Network Synergy and Its Formation Path

21世纪科技型产业进入了创新密集期,协同成为企业克服技术复杂性、资源稀缺性的有效途径,而网络协同的实现会受到多种因素的影响。文中从企业创新网络协同的运作阶段出发,找出各阶段的主要矛盾,并梳理其主要的影响因素,从个体层、关系层与网络层3个维度出发,运用结构方程模型对影响因素之间的作用关系进行验证,得出个体层、关系层和网络层影响因素都从不同程度影响协同的实现,关系层影响因素对个体层和网络层影响因素起到中介作用,并且对网络层影响因素的中介作用尤为明显。

In the 21st century,science and technology industries have entered a period of intense innovation,and collaboration has become an effective way for companies to overcome technological complexity and resource scarcity,and the realization of network collaboration will be affected by many factors.This paper started from the operation stage of enterprise innovation network collaboration,tried to find out the main contradictions in each stage and combed the main influencing factors.In this paper,the structural equation model is used to verify the relationship between the influence factors of the individual layer,the relationship layer and the network layer.The results show that the impact factors of the individual layer,the relationship layer and the network layer all affect the implementation of the synergy in various degrees,and the influence factors of the relationship layer play an intermediary role in the influence factors of the individual layer and the network layer,and the mediating effect on the influence factors of the network layer is particularly obvious.
