协同创新视角下创业型人才培养机制的系统动力学分析

System Dynamics Analysis of Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation Mechanism from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

从协同创新视角下,构建创业型人才培养机制系统结构,对创业型人才培养机制展开系统动力学分析,协同创新视角下创业型人才培养系统是由国家政策保障层面子系统、高校创业教育层面子系统以及产业协同培养层面子系统有机耦合形成的复杂系统。研究结果表明,为了实现创业型人才培养系统有效运行,创业型人才培养系统内部各个子系统要有机配合,最终形成稳定的创业型人才协同创新培养系统,实现对创业型人才的有效培养。

From the perspective of collaborative innovation,the system structure of entrepreneurial personal training mechanism is constructed and the system dynamics analysis of entrepreneurial personnel training mechanism is made.Under the perspective of collaborative innovation,the entrepreneurial talent training system is a complex system formed by the organic coupling of the national policy support level subsystem,the college entrepreneurship education level subsystem and the industrial cooperative training level subsystem.The results show that in order to realize the effective operation of the entrepreneurial talent training system,all subsystems within the entrepreneurial talent training system should be organically coordinated to form a stable collaborative innovation training system for entrepreneurial so as to effectively cultivate entrepreneurial talents.
