脱贫攻坚和区域发展相结合实现共建新生活的路径研究——以陕西省丹凤县为例

Research on the Path of Building a New Life together through Combination of Poverty Alleviation and Regional Development——Taking Danfeng County as an Example

脱贫攻坚和区域发展相结合是新形势下国家对贫困地区扶贫工作提出的新思路。通过分析脱贫攻坚与区域发展以及共建新生活之间的关系,以丹凤县为例,通过对丹凤县近几年扶贫工作进行分析,针对扶贫工作中存在的基础设施建设落后、贫困人口持续增收困难、内生动力不足问题,从经济发展、社会发展和生态环境改善方面提出了共建新生活的可行路径。

The combination of poverty alleviation and regional development is a new thought proposed by our country under the new situation,which aims to alleviate poverty in poverty-stricken areas.By analyzing the relationship among poverty alleviation,regional development and a new life building,the paper took Danfeng County as an example to analyze the work of poverty alleviation in recent years.In view of the poor infrastructure construction in the poverty alleviation work,the difficulty of increasing the income of the poor,and the lack of endogenous motivation,the paper proposed a feasible way to build a new life from the aspects of economic development,social development,and improvement of the ecological environment.
