福建省高校创业文化建设研究

Research on the Construction of University Entrepreneurial Culture in Fujian Province

高校创业文化在创业型大学转型中起着十分重要的作用。为了更清晰地了解福建省大学创业文化建设的情况,应用调查统计分析和对比分析方法,选取福建省六所高校为调查对象,研究不同类型学生(正在创业的大学生和考虑创业的大学生)在社会实践参与度、创业计划比赛参与度、创业培训参与度、受政策驱动因素影响、受导师带动因素影响等方面的差异。结果表明:大学生的创业行为呈现非理性趋势、部分高校过分注重创业竞赛忽视学生内在创业精神的培育、创业教育教学缺失现象仍然存在、缺乏全方位的创业服务保障体系、高校创业物质文化建设不足。根据该现状,分析其根本原因,从精神文化、制度文化与物质文化3个层面提出加快推进福建省大学创业文化建设的具体路径。

University entrepreneurial culture plays an important role in the course of universities transforming towards entrepreneurial university.To clearly know more about the situation of Fujian universities’entrepreneurial culture construction,this paper investigated 6 universities in Fujian Province by applying survey statistical analysis method and contrastive analysis method,studying different affect degree between entrepreneurial students and potential entrepreneurial students in these participation factors:social practice,entrepreneurial plan competition,entrepreneurial training,and policy-oriented&enterprise mentor influence.The results showed that the entrepreneurial behavior of college students is irrational,quite a few universities overemphasize the entrepreneurial competition and ignore the cultivation of students’inner entrepreneurial spirit,the lack of entrepreneurial education and teaching still exists,all-round entrepreneurial service system is deficient,and entrepreneurial material culture construction is in short.Based on these situations and analyzed the root cause,this paper proposed some specific approaches from the three levels-spiritual,institutional,and material culture to promoting the construction of universities’entrepreneurial culture in Fujian.
