培坤丸联合达英-35促排卵对PCOS患者激素、子宫内膜及炎性因子影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨培坤丸联合达英-35促排卵对PCOS患者激素、子宫内膜及炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2016年11月-2017年12月在我院进行排卵监测的PCOS患者100例,依据促排卵方案将其分为达英-35组(A组)、达英-35+培坤丸组(B组)与培坤丸组(C组),分别为32例、36例与32例,用药后分别观察三组的激素水平、超声检测排卵前与服药后的子宫内膜厚度变化、用药前后的炎性因子变化情况。结果:服药后,A组的子宫内膜厚度与B组无显著差异,且用药干预前两组患者的各炎性因子的含量水平与激素水平无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);排卵前,A组的子宫内膜厚度明显薄于B组,用药干预后,B组的各激素水平与炎性因子含量水平明显低于A组与C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培坤丸联合达英-35促排卵能够有效降低患者的激素水平与炎性因子含量,同时能够有效改善患者的子宫内膜厚度,具有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Peikun Wan(培坤丸)with Daying-35(达英-35)on ovulation,hormones,endometrium and inflammatory cytokines in patienis with PCOS.Methods:From November 2016 to December 2017,100 PCOS patients with ovulation monitoring in our hospital were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C,respectively 32 cases,36 cases and 32 cases according to ovulation induction.The three groups were detected by ultrasound,respectively.The hormone levels,endometrial thickness before ovulation and after treatment,inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment in three groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between group A and group B after medication,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Before ovulation,the thickness of endometrium in group A was significantly thinner than that in group B.After treatment,the levels of all the hormones and inflammatory cytokines in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peikun Wan with Daying-35 ovulation can effectively reduce the patient’s hormone levels and inflammatory cytokines,and can effectively improve the patient’s endometrial thickness,with high clinical value.
