穴位埋线结合脐疗治疗单纯性肥胖临床观察

Clinical observation on treating simple obesity by catgut implantation at acupoint plus the navel therapy

目的:了解并评估穴位埋线结合中药敷脐治疗单纯性肥胖病的临床效果,探讨其减肥机理,寻找安全有效适合现代人的减肥方法。方法:将86例单纯性肥胖患者随机分成两组,每组43例,一组采用穴位埋线加中药敷脐法,另一组采用针刺方法。两组治疗60天后观察数据指标,并对临床疗效进行评估。结果:埋线敷脐组对降低体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围等指标的作用明显比针刺组要好(P<0.01,P<0.05)。疗效评估方面,埋线敷脐组比针刺组的疗效要有一定优势(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线结合中药敷脐治疗单纯性肥胖病疗效明显,且安全、省时、效率高,不失为一种适合现代都市人的减肥方法。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of catgut implantation at acupoint plus navel applying TCM medicine on simple obesity,and to explore the mechanism of weight loss,and to find a safe and effective way to reduce weight loss for modern people.Methods:86 cases of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each.One group was treated by catgut implantation at acupoint plus navel applying TCM medicine,while the other group was treated by acupuncture,60 days as a course.After treatment,the data index and clinical efficacy in two groups were observed.Results:Reducing weight,body mass index(BMI)and waist circumference in the catgut embedding group were better(P<0.01,P<0.05).Efficiency in the catgut embedding group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catgut implantation at acupoint and navel applying TCM medicine on simple obesity has obvious curative effects,and is safe,time-saving and efficient.It can be regarded as a kind of weight loss method suitable for the modern urbanite.
