Experience of Doctor Wang Sumei for treating diabetic foot by TCM medicine oral plus foot bath and acupoint injection

目的:观察中药足浴加内服联合穴位注射治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:将161例患者随机分两组,治疗组81例和对照组80例。两组均行常规基础治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺片口服,治疗组给予中药足浴加内服联合足三里穴位注射维生素B12。对两组治疗结果行统计学处理,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.35%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,且治疗组在改善患者症状、双下肢多普勒血流图,肌电图检查双下肢周围神经(腓总神经、腓浅神经,胫神经)传导速度等方面疗效明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上配合中药足浴加内服并联合穴位注射治疗糖尿病足疗效良好,能够明显改善下肢血管和神经功能,提高患者生活质量,该方法为糖尿病足治疗提供了一条安全、有效的治疗途径。

Objective:To observe efficacy of TCM medicine oral and foot bath plus acupoint injection on diabetic foot.Methods:161 patients were randomly divided into 81 cases in the treatment group and 80 cases in the control group.Two groups were treated with conventional therapy;the control group was given Mecobalamin tablets;the treatment group was given TCM medicine foot bath and oral plus acupoint injection of vitamin B12.Efficiency in two groups were observed.Results:Total effective rate was 91.35%in treatment group and 80.00%in control group.In the treatment group,efficiency and clinical symptoms were improved,including doppler blood flow chart of double lower limbs and conduction velocity of peripheral nerves(common peroneal nerve,superficial peroneal nerve,tibial nerve)of double lower limbs through electromyogram.The differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM medicine foot bath and oral plus acupoint injection on diabetic foot had better effects,and improved the vascular and nervous function of lower limbs significantly,and the life quality of patients,is a safe and effective treatment of diabetic foot.
