对比中药颗粒与中药饮片治疗风热感冒的作用效果

Comparison of the effects of the TCM granule and TCM herbal on the Fengre cold

目的:探究中药颗粒和中药饮片在治疗风热感冒方面的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月来我院接受治疗的风热感冒患者180例,随机分为中药颗粒组90例和中药饮片组90例。观察两组患者的退热时间及退热率、风热感冒症状消除时间及治疗有效率。结果:中药饮片组患者的退热率为96.00%,优于中药颗粒组的88.23%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药饮片组退热时间及体温恢复正常时间显著优于中药颗粒组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药饮片组咽喉肿痛、咳嗽和鼻塞流涕等症状的消失时间均显著优于中药颗粒组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药饮片组中痊愈49例,显效28例,好转11例,治疗有效率为97.78%;中药颗粒组中痊愈45例,显效23例,好转4例,治疗有效率为80.00%。中药饮片组的治疗有效率显著优于中药颗粒组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药饮片对风热感冒的治疗效果优于中药颗粒组,疗效更显著,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of TCM granule and TCM herbal on the Fengre cold(风热感冒).Methods:180 cases were randomly divided into the TCM granule group and TCM herbal group,90 cases in each.The antipyretic time,cooling rate,the eliminate time of wind-heat cold symptoms and efficiency in both groups were observed.Results:The cooling rate was 96%in the TCM herbal group and better than 88.23%in the TCM granule group,but there did not show a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The antipyretic time and the normal time of body temperature were significantly in the TCM herbal group,were better than those in the TCM granule group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance time of sore throat,cough and nasal runny nose in the TCM herbal group were significantly better than the TCM granule group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the TCM herbal group,49 cases were cured;28 cases were markedly effective;11 cases were improved;and the effective rate was 97.78%.In the TCM granule group,45 cases were cured;23 cases were markedly effective;4 cases were improved;and the effective rate was 80.00%.The effective rate in the TCM herbal group was significantly better than the TCM granule group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM herbal on the Fengre cold shows a better effect,and is worth popularizing in clinic.
