抑酸和胃汤联合穴位按摩治疗肝郁脾虚型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床观察

Observation on treating bile reflux gastritis of the Ganyu Pixu type with Yisuan Hewei decoction plus massage

目的:探讨抑酸和胃汤联合穴位按摩治疗肝郁脾虚型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择符合肝郁脾虚型胆汁反流性胃炎患者100例,分为治疗组与对照组各50例。治疗组应用抑酸和胃汤联合穴位按摩治疗,对照组应用西药治疗,疗程为4周,观察两组临床症状好转情况。结果:治疗组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的症状缓解优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用抑酸和胃汤联合穴位按摩治疗肝郁脾虚型胆汁反流性胃炎疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Yisuan Hewei decoction(抑酸和胃汤)plus massage on bile reflux gastritis of the Ganyu Pixu type(肝郁脾虚型).Methods:100 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group,50 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with the Yisuan Hewei decoction plus massage;the control group was given western medicine,for 4 weeks.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom relief rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yisuan Hewei decoction plus massage on bile reflux gastritis of the Ganyu Pixu type shows a satisfactory effect,and is worth promoting.
