中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Efficacy of Bone-setting manipulation plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on LDH

目的:探讨中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:以本院132例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组66例,观察组采取中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗,对照组采取中医骨伤手法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.5%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.8%,观察组症状开始缓解时间和症状完全消失时间均明显短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,两组均未见明显副反应。结论:中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减有助于腰椎间盘突出症症状的缓解,疗效明显。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of bone-setting manipulation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:132 patients were randomly divided into two groups,66 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by bone-setting manipulation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction,and the control group was treated by bone-setting manipulation.Results:The total effective rate was 95.5%in the observation group,and was 75.8%in the control group.The time of onset of symptom relief and complete disappearance in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.No obvious side effects were found in the groups.Conclusion:Bone-setting manipulation with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction can relieve the symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,with obvious curative effects.
